Planned Parenthood announced it will soon transition care away from its health center in Iowa City, offering in-person services exclusively at the Susan Knapp Health Center on University Avenue in Des Moines.The organization also announced staffing reductions across its North Central States region. Within the region, 38 employees will be laid off, 12 will be reassigned and 11 open positions will be eliminated.
