A semi-truck driver admitted to authorities that he had been drinking Fireball Cinnamon Whisky while driving on Interstate 80, KCRG reports. Scott Snyder, 58, of Stony Creek, Virginia, was arrested Thursday afternoon in Johnson County. He’s charged with operating while under the influence-second offense.According to a criminal complaint, a concerned citizen reported a semi driving recklessly on westbound I-80 in Johnson County. Officers pulled Snyder over at the Oxford exit.While talking to investigators, Snyder admitted to drinking Fireball, an alcoholic beverage, around lunchtime. Snyder also admitted to keeping a bottle of Fireball in his cab and drinking from it while driving.According to the complaint, Snyder showed measurable impairment during a roadside field sobriety test.
