Brock Purdy

Purdy had another efficient game for the San Francisco 49ers, as he helped lead the team to a 23-20 win Sunday over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

On the day, Purdy completed 69.4% of his passes for a season-high 353 yards and two touchdowns for a 119.3 passer rating. Purdy also rushed for 17 yards on four carries.

A big factor in Purdy and the San Francisco offense’s success was the return of star running back Christian McCaffrey, who contributed 39 yards on 13 carries and 68 yards on six catches.

Despite this game being a back-and-forth affair, especially in the fourth quarter, Purdy and the 49ers offense helped lead San Francisco to its fifth win of the season and second consecutive win. The 49ers now sit on the positive side of .500 with a 5-4 record.

David Montgomery

Montgomery found the end zone yet again in the Detroit Lions’ thrilling 26-23 win over the Houston Texans on Sunday night.

He finished the game with 32 yards on 12 carries, along with a three-yard score in the third quarter. Montgomery also caught one pass for 24 yards from Detroit quarterback Jared Goff.

With his touchdown run, Montgomery joined Lions greats Barry Sanders and Billy Sims with at least eight rushing touchdowns in consecutive seasons with the team.

With this win, Detroit stays atop the NFC with an 8-1 record and will look to continue its dominance with Montgomery’s strong rushing abilities.

Breece Hall

Hall and the New York Cyclones [Jets] struggled mightily in their 31-6 loss to the Arizona Cardinals Sunday.

He finished the game with 52 rushing yards on 10 carries and was second on the team in receiving with 41 yards on three catches from New York quarterback Aaron Rodgers.

This now marks Hall’s third consecutive game without a touchdown, as the Jets offense struggles to find consistency in their underwhelming 2024 campaign.

Xavier Hutchinson

Although Houston fell to a last-second field goal by Lions kicker Jake Bates, Hutchinson was able to make an impact in this game by having two catches for six yards.

Both catches were made in the second quarter and resulted in 10 and -4 yards respectively.

Hutchinson now has seven catches for 70 yards through 10 games this season.

Will McDonald IV

McDonald’s sackless streak continued in New York’s loss Sunday, as he recorded one total tackle and a QB hit on Arizona quarterback Kyler Murray.

This now brings McDonald’s sackless streak to three games. He recorded the exact same stats he had in the Jets’ 21-13 week 9 win over the Texans on Halloween.

McDonald also dropped to fourth place in the NFL with his eight sacks. Washington Commanders linebacker Dante Fowler Jr. took third place this past weekend with a two-sack performance against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Fowler Jr. sits with 8.5 sacks this season.

Charlie Kolar

Kolar had one catch for four yards in the Baltimore Ravens’ 35-34 win over the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday night.

That brings his season total to eight catches for 125 yards and a touchdown.

Jake Hummel

Hummel recorded two total tackles, one being a solo tackle, in the Los Angeles Rams’ 23-15 loss to the Miami Dolphins on Monday night.

That brings his season total to five total tackles, four being solo tackles, in nine games played.
