Thanksgiving Day is a time for family, friends, and of course, delicious food. If you’re in Mason City and looking for dining options that take the stress out of cooking, several local restaurants have you covered. Here’s a guide to what’s open and serving on Thanksgiving!
Village Court Family Restaurant
Hours: 6 AM – 2 PM
Kick off your Thanksgiving with a cozy breakfast or enjoy a hearty holiday lunch at Village Court Family Restaurant. In addition to their regular menu, they’ll be serving turkey, chicken, ham, and pork roast plates.
Prime N Wine
Hours: 10:30 AM – 3 PM (by reservation only)
Thanksgiving at Prime N Wine means indulging in a grand buffet. This popular spot is offering a feast fit for the occasion, and reservations are required. Call (641) 424-8153 to reserve a table.
Mulligan’s Bar & Grill
Hours: 11 AM – 3 PM
Mulligan’s Bar & Grill will serve a Thanksgiving meal that’s both satisfying and classic. Choose turkey, ham, or both! Meals include mashed potatoes with gravy, corn, your choice of salad, and a dinner roll. This is a great option for those who love a traditional Thanksgiving spread in a relaxed setting.
Lorados
Hours: 8 PM – Late (drinks only)
If you’re looking to wind down the holiday evening or meet up with friends, Lorados is the place to be. While the kitchen will be closed, their bar will be open for drinks starting at 8 PM.
Leadlight
Thanksgiving Day: Closed
Special Thanksgiving Menu: November 26th, 27th, 29th, and 30th (5 PM – 9 PM, reservations recommended)
Though Leadlight will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, they’re offering a special holiday menu on select dates surrounding Thanksgiving. If you missed out on a feast or want to extend the celebration, make a reservation for one of their elegant dinner seatings.
PLAN AHEAD
The Quarry & Tapas Bar will open with its normal hours on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve, 11 AM – 9 PM.
Prime N Wine is also planning to spread the holiday cheer with special hours on Christmas Eve, open from 4:30 PM – 9 PM.
Lorados will again open for drinks only on Christmas Day starting at 8 PM.
Additionally, Leadlight will host a New Year’s Eve dinner on December 31st for those planning ahead.
