Voting began for the future of the Student Government Senate and president and vice president after students were emailed a ballot by the body’s Election Commission, which will be available through Wednesday at 11:59 p.m.
Students can also vote at vote.iastate.edu or vote in person in front of Parks Library and UDCC from 10:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. In case of rain, the Parks Library location will move into the MU by the student organization’s office.
All students can vote in the presidential race and Senate races for their college and residency. Unofficial preliminary results will be released Friday.

The Iowa State Student Government Senate has 17 candidates running for 36 seats. The following constituencies do not have any candidates:
- College of Design (one seat)
- Collegiate Panhellenic Council (one seat)
- Interfraternity Council (one seat)
- College of Veterinary Medicine (one seat)
- Schilletter and University Village (one seat)
